Consignment Fees

Our consignment fees are as follows:

  • 25% for items selling $500 & above
  • 35% for items selling between $15 - $500
  • 50% for items selling $15 & under

For each lot that is brought to us, we charge $1 per lot.

Example: If you were to bring a table, set of dishes, chainsaw, and a computer to sell you will be charged $4, and the commission % of which each item was sold for.

We have consignment standards of items we do not accept that you can view at this link.

Please email us at info@estatedetails.com or text pictures to 509.581.5390 to show us the amount of items you are bringing. You don't need to take individual pictures of each item, but a picture of the group of items together to give us an idea of the space required.

Specialty Drop-off

If you are bringing more than a truck load or trailer, you must reach out to us to arrange a specialty drop-off.
