BUYER'S PREMIUM A buyer's premium of 15% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Example: $100 bid + $15 BP = $115 invoice amount
PAYMENT All buyers must pay for their purchases in full for Auctions at the Estate Details Facility by 3pm day after the auction

A $10 Credit Card Reprocessing Fee For Any Denied Credit Cards.
• We now allow ECHECKS with a 1.5% Surcharge as payment for established customers who have been PRE-APPROVED to pay with a check. - Call us if you have any questions or would like pre-approval.
- If your ECHECK Bounces you will have to pay a bounce fee
DELIVERY SERVICE: We offer two convenient delivery services to accommodate different needs for our online estate sale auctions, available exclusively in the Tri-Cities area:
White Glove Delivery Service: Designed for invoices with larger items
- Up to three items: $95
- Four to eight items: $125
- Larger deliveries: Contact Estate Details for personalized assistance
Our contracted moving company will arrange delivery on a specified date, typically scheduled after sign-up
Specialized items such as safes may incur additional charges
Small Concierge Delivery Service: Tailored for invoices with fewer items - Deliveries scheduled for Fridays or Mondays
- Flat minimum charge of $30 for invoices with less than eight items
- Additional charge of $5 per lot for invoices with more than eight items
Confirmation picture provided upon delivery for peace of mind - Items conveniently left at your doorstep or designated area of your home

Please Note: Both delivery services are exclusively available within the Tri-Cities area. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for White Glove Delivery based on the number and size of items. Feel free to contact us before bidding if you have questions about delivery options.
PICKUP LOCATION & TIMELINE FOR AUCTIONS NOT LOCATED AT ESTATE DETAILS: The address to this location will be emailed out at least an hour before the allotted pick-up time. If you do not receive this email you as the buyer are responsible for calling pur office to receive the address. Double-check your spam folder as well.
Many of our OFF-Site Auction Locations are transferring to new owners the next day so pick-up times are STRONGLY ENFORCED! Any items not removed in the time frame listed, or loadout times will be subject to a minimum charge of $20 per lot fee for moving cost. Large items, and furniture will be subject to a minimum $50 per lot fee. Any items leftover from any of these auctions that have not been picked within pick up hours will be considered abandon and you will forfeit items and you will not receive a refund. Any items not paid for or picked up during the scheduled pick-up times will result in your bidding privileges being revoked.
Our staff will be at the location to aid in the loadout process. You will remove large items from the location BRING HELP WITH YOU. Our staff will assist with smaller items. You are responsible for loading items into your vehicle. Estate Details is not responsible for the loading items for safe travel.
There is a minimum charge of $50-200 to open the property at any other time if it had not been scheduled before or if the property was not open at the time. Bidder should arrange to pick up his/her purchases within the pickup time allotted.
If items are not removed within the time schedule posted above, Estate Details reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder at the time of payment and the bidder assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
THE FOLLOWING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WHEN NECESSARY:
*The purchaser will be charged a $50 Minimum non-removal fee for any lot or partial lot left behind, as well as all disposal costs.
*The buyer will be charged $50/hour if you require our staff to stay past the designated ending time.
*Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms.
*A $10 Credit Card Reprocessing Fee For Any Denied Credit Cards.
SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE
Estate Details uses Shipping Saint for the items we can ship out. In the event you would like your small items shipped please we are not AMAZON! We do NOT provide FREE shipping. You will receive an email and text from Shipping Saint about your items being packaged and to pay for the shipping costs. We WILL combine lots for shipping to minimize costs unless advised otherwise.
NOTE: Oversize or extremely delicate items may be taken to the local UPS store for shipment and packaging. Buyer will be charged a $10 handling Fee to your credit card on file to deliver items to UPS. UPS will be calling your number on file and you will pay for shipping by credit card to them over the phone.
NO RESERVES Each lot will sell to the highest bidder without reserve unless noted otherwise.
NO BUYBACKS All sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.
NO RETURNS All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, credit card charge-backs, or adjustments.
AUCTION ENDING Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one or more lots each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed within 30 seconds or less remaining for that lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional 30 seconds or until 30 seconds pass without any further bid advances.
OUTBID NOTIFICATION Until the auction begins to close, the bidding software will notify bidders by email when they have been outbid.
DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Estate Details LLC, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month is added to any unpaid balance due to Estate Details llc. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Benton County, Washington.
GUARANTY AGREEMENT By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to Estate Details LLC, of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY If, for any reason, Estate Details LLC, is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Estate Details LLC, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
CONDITION DISCLAIMER All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Estate Details LLC and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Estate Details LLC, Inc encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Be sure to check lot details and photos as there may be more information about the item. Estate Details LLC, Inc is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. Estate Details LLC, Inc has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. AGE REQUIREMENT All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
BIDDER INFORMATION AND SECURITY All registration information the bidder provides to Estate Details LLC, Inc, shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Estate Details LLC, Inc if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies Estate Details LLC. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor Estate Details LLC, SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Estate Details LLC.
