The Manager of the Estate Sale will deliver your items to Estate Details Location in Pasco, WA. For up to 8 Lots you can pay $50 for the items to be brought to Estate Details in Pasco.
If you want more than 8 lots delivered to Estate Details in Pasco you will need prior approval or you may get an additional charge. Please contact Bryan at 971.264.3530 for prior approval of more than 8 items or questions. You will be required to pick up your items from our warehouse in Pasco within a week of them getting dropped off.

BUYER'S PREMIUM A buyer's premium of 15% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Example: $100 bid + $15 BP = $115 invoice amount
PAYMENT All buyers must pay for their purchases in full Online or by CASH at time of Pick Up. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL by Monday, July 29, 20024, REGARDLESS of PICK UP TIME.

White Glove Delivery Service: Designed for invoices with larger items
- Up to three items: $95
- Four to eight items: $125
- Larger deliveries: Contact Estate Details Auction Manager Bryan Joyce 971-264-3530, who will arrange delivery on a specified date, typically scheduled after scheduled Pick-Up Time.
Specialized items such as safes may incur additional charges
Small Concierge Delivery Service: Tailored for invoices with fewer items - Deliveries scheduled for Fridays or Mondays
- Flat minimum charge of $30 for invoices with less than eight items
- Additional charge of $5 per lot for invoices with more than eight items
Confirmation picture provided upon delivery for peace of mind - Items conveniently left at your doorstep or designated area of your home

PICKUP LOCATION & TIMELINE FOR THIS AUCTION: The address to this location will be emailed out at least an hour before the allotted pick-up time. If you do not receive this email you as the buyer are responsible for calling our office to receive the address. Please Double-check your spam folder as well.
This OFF-Site Auction is the RESIDENCE of the Estate owners, so pick-up times are STRONGLY ENFORCED!
Any items not removed in the time frame or load out times listed will be subject to a minimum charge of $20 per lot fee for moving cost. Large items, and furniture will be subject to a minimum $50 per lot fee. Any items leftover from any of these auctions that have not been picked up within pick up hours, or had other arrangments made with Bryan, will be considered abandoned. You will forfeit items you will not receive a refund. Any items not paid for or picked up during the scheduled pick-up times will result in your bidding privileges being revoked.
Our staff will be at the location to aid in the loadout process. You will remove large items from the location BRING HELP WITH YOU. Our staff will assist with smaller items. You are responsible for loading items into your vehicle. Estate Details is not responsible for loading of items for safe travel.
There is a minimum charge of $100 to open the property at any other time if it had not been scheduled before or if the property was not open at the time. Winning Bidder should arrange to pick up purchases within the pickup time allotted.
If items are not removed within the time schedule posted above, or had suitable arrangements made with Bryan, Estate Details reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder at the time of payment and the bidder assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
THE FOLLOWING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WHEN NECESSARY:
*The purchaser will be charged a $50 Minimum non-removal fee for any lot or partial lot left behind, as well as all disposal costs.
*The buyer will be charged $50/hour if you require our staff to stay past the designated ending time.
*Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms.

SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE - In the event you would like your small items shipped please understand we are not AMAZON! We do NOT provide FREE shipping. SEE Removal Times for shipping details.
NOTE: Oversize or extremely delicate items may be taken to the local UPS store for shipment and packaging. Buyer will be charged a $10 handling Fee to your credit card on file to deliver items to UPS. UPS will be calling your number on file and you will pay for shipping by credit card to them over the phone.
NO RESERVES Each lot will sell to the highest bidder without reserve unless noted otherwise.
NO BUYBACKS All sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.
NO RETURNS All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, credit card chargebacks, or adjustments.
AUCTION ENDING Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one or more lots each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed within 45 seconds or less remaining for that lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional 45 seconds or until 45 seconds pass without any further bid advances.
OUTBID NOTIFICATION Until the auction begins to close, the bidding software will notify bidders by email when they have been outbid.
DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Estate Details LLC, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month is added to any unpaid balance due to Estate Details llc. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Benton County, Washington.
GUARANTY AGREEMENT By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to Estate Details LLC, of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY If, for any reason, Estate Details LLC, is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Estate Details LLC, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
CONDITION DISCLAIMER All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. Estate Details LLC and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Estate Details LLC, Inc encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Be sure to check lot details and photos as there may be more information about the item. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies Estate Details LLC. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor Estate Details LLC, SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
